my booking was done at the La serene boutique hotel but it was shifted to La serene business hotel as they stated it was over booked!! The stay we very average. there was not a phone in the room to call reception or room service. there was no tv cable service, just wifi and even the laundry service was poor, no soap in dispenser even on second day. breakfast was too lean with just 2 items !!

I had the worst check in experience. I am a regular traveller to Bangalore. I booked this hotel and I was denied checkin stating that the pricing is incorrect . Even though it is their mistake , I have told them that I can pay additional if it’s the matter of price . They made me wait and told at the end that no rooms are available . This utter surprise for me. Receptionist was rude to me and was raising voice with me as if it was my mistake. Even the other manager was aware of this issue and no action was taken by her as well . I would never recommend this to hotel to anyone. I have even asked my company people not to offer this hotel to our employees anymore. Regards Haris

Room service was pathatic with too much follow up. Next day in night there was no warm water in bathroom for taking bath. I called reception & waited for 30 minutes, but no response. To my surprise after that there was no even normal water in washroom, that too for whole night. No responce from reception even after that. Even for entire night there was Power on & off till I sleep. I used to stay in this hotel on my business 訂房網站 with minimum expectations. That too was not fulfilled. There was no regret or sorry feeling to staff. In fact they informed not to pay 2 food bills in compansation to all these mismanagement & blunders which I have not paid. No professional can expect this unprofessional behaviors with a hotel with overpaid rooms.

They sent me to another hotel claiming some issue with hotel booked by me. A business hotel by same name. Bad service, no kitchen and cramped up room. Since i had to stay only for few hours before catching the flight, had to adjust to their whims and fancies

Staying in la serene boutique hotel was a delightful experience. The staffs-was exceptionally courteous, especially the welcoming nature of prabhu and sussane. They were really helpful and make you comfortable with the hospitality and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities provided for the cost were top-notch, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
